Questions owners ask

Can I pay month by month?
Starter is free, so there is nothing to pay. Premium and Elite are sold for 1 or 2 years, and two years costs less per month.
Do you take a card from me?
No. No stored cards, no automatic renewal, no failed-payment chasing.
What is the setup fee for?
It covers the work we do before you can trade: loading your list, setting the system up for your place, registering you for e-receipts and training your staff. One time only.
Is listing really free?
Yes. Starter has no monthly fee. You pay 10% only on bookings paid through Rafiky. The operations system comes with Premium and Elite.
Can I keep selling through my own website and other travel sites?
Yes. Rafiky does not ask for exclusivity. On Premium and Elite you can connect your tours to other travel sites so availability stays in step.
Does it handle multi-day itineraries and vouchers?
Yes, on Premium and Elite. Build the itinerary once and the vouchers and manifests come from it.
